Spa Etiquette
Clear policies for deposits, mobile setup, preparation, cancellations, professional conduct and illness help protect your appointment time and create a safe wellness experience.
Please review before your appointment.
Mobile massage and facial services require preparation, equipment handling and a safe treatment environment. These policies help keep every visit smooth, professional and comfortable.
Payment Policy
A $50 deposit is required to confirm the booking. The deposit reserves the appointment and goes toward the service price. The remaining/full payment is due the day before the service.
Accepted payments: Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Chime, and Cash.
Mobile-Service Notice
Mobile service involves significant physical work for the provider, including unloading and carrying equipment, setting everything up, performing the service, tearing the setup down, carrying equipment back to the vehicle, and reloading it.
Equipment Setup & Location
Setup is preferred on the main level unless there is a working elevator. There must be enough room to comfortably move around the massage table. Tight-fitting spaces are not allowed, and the provider does not move furniture. Outdoor services cannot be set up when the temperature will be above 80°F.
Arrival & Preparation
The provider arrives 15–20 minutes before the appointment to set up equipment. For sanitary purposes, the client must keep their underwear on so there is a barrier between the client and the massage table.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation on the day of service or within 24 hours of the appointment means the deposit is non-refundable.
Massage to Promote Wellness
Providers are licensed professionals offering therapeutic massage and facial services for self-healing, relaxation and wellness. Inappropriate gestures, sexual behavior, actions, comments or disrespect are prohibited. A session may be terminated immediately, the client remains responsible for the full service amount, and future services may be refused.
Sickness / Medical Policy
Clients should notify the provider at least 24 hours beforehand about illness or medical conditions. If cough, sinus infection, cold or flu-like symptoms are present on the day of service without prior notification, the provider may deny service and no refund is required.
No Children During Treatment
No children are allowed during treatment sessions. This is a time for you to unwind and relax without interruptions.
